The Web Security Dojo (a self-contained virtual machine containing tools, targets, and documentation for learning about web application security testing) is being used in a 400-level computer security course at Wilmington University, as part of the course’s hands-on labs.  Check out SEC 425 (Ethical Hacking) at Wilmington University here for details.
